Short version
No cookies, no ads and no tracking across websites. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, Stripe handles payments, and our spreadsheets never send us your Etsy data. We don't sell personal information.
What this policy covers
This website (studio.autoquantix.com) and the spreadsheets sold on it. Each Orvix browser extension has its own privacy policy: H1B Sponsor Checker, AI Chat Exporter and Tech Stack Detector.
Visit counting (Cloudflare Web Analytics)
Our pages load Cloudflare Web Analytics (static.cloudflareinsights.com/beacon.min.js) so we can see how many people visit. According to Cloudflare's documentation, it does not use cookies or other browser storage (RUM beacon), it does not collect or use visitors' personal data (About), and Cloudflare does not track individual visitors across websites (Data collection).
It reports the page you viewed, the site that referred you, your country, browser, operating system and device type (Dimensions), and page-load timings. Cloudflare receives your IP address as part of the request and, per its documentation, discards it rather than storing it (RUM beacon). We only see totals in our Cloudflare dashboard, not individual visitors.
Hosting
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes the technical details needed to deliver pages, such as your IP address, under Cloudflare's privacy policy. Our pages set no cookies, and we don't keep our own visitor logs.
Payments (Stripe)
Checkout happens on Stripe's own page (buy.stripe.com). We never see or store your full card number or security code. Stripe shares the details of your purchase with us: your email address, the name you enter at checkout, the amount and date, and limited payment details such as card brand and last four digits, and billing country or postal code when Stripe collects them. Stripe's page is covered by Stripe's privacy policy.
We use these details only to deliver your download, answer support requests, handle refunds and keep the sales records required for tax and accounting.
The spreadsheets
The spreadsheets work entirely inside your own copy in Google Sheets or Excel. They use formulas only, with no macros, scripts, add-ons or connections to us. The Etsy files you paste or import stay in your file; we never receive your Etsy data. If you use Google Sheets, your file is stored in your Google account under Google's terms. The How to use tab lists links to Etsy's help pages, which open on Etsy's site.
The free sample downloads directly, with no email or signup.
If you email media@autoquantix.com, we use your address and message only to reply, to send or re-send your download, and to handle refunds. We don't add you to a mailing list or send marketing emails.
Selling and sharing
We don't sell or rent personal information. We share it only with Cloudflare, Stripe and Apple, which hosts our email (iCloud Mail), to run this site, take payments and answer email, or when the law requires it.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep purchase records and support emails as long as we need them for support, refunds, tax and accounting. Visit counts are totals and can't be linked to you.
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email media@autoquantix.com. We'll delete what we can and tell you if any record must be kept by law. Stripe keeps its own payment records under its own policy.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
